ZAP! & COVID 19
ZAP! & Covid-19
As news of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spreads across the country and the world, here at ZAP! Juice we will be continuously monitoring the situation. At the end of the day, we don't want our customers to be out of pocket or out of juice, so we’re here to set the record straight.
Everywhere you turn it seems there’s some news about the next development in the outbreak of Coronavirus, but whilst we want to stay updated and aware of what we can and should be doing, it can often be hard to distance yourself from fake news, mass panic and scaremongering. Particularly, in a world so reliant on social media, it can be hard to switch off and not let this pandemic hit home too much. With this in mind, we want to reach out to not only our customers, but the vaping industry and community as a whole, as well as all of those that have been affected by COVID-19. We want to say a huge thank you to those who are still supporting our small business and helping us stay afloat.
As of yesterday, our Prime Minister Borris Johnson gave further guidance on what we should be doing to contain the virus. As a result of this, we at ZAP! Juice will be striving to ensure our workplace remains safe and calm. We would like to reassure all of our customers that we are taking all of the necessary steps to protect our staff and are continuing to follow official guidance from the government. As it stands, we are currently still operating from our HQ and our office remains open. For our members of staff that believe they are presenting some of the symptoms, we have advised them to self isolate for 7 days. We ask that if you have any enquiries please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or don’t hesitate to contact us on 0161 302 3660.
We anticipate that there may be some changes in the coming days and as a workforce we will continue to follow government guidelines and should our team need to work from home, we will be sure to let our customers know.
The next step for us is to ensure that we have procedures in place should the situation worsen. Our main priority at the moment is to continue to serve our customers as normal and as quickly as possible.
But the most important thing to remember is stay safe, wash your hands and if you feel unwell, self isolate.
All the best,
