UK Delivery
Special Delivery - £6.50
Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1.00pm on orders placed before 3.00pm*
Royal Mail Tracked 24** - £5.25
Next working day* parcel delivery with online tracking
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4 (Free on orders over £30)

2-3 day parcel delivery with online tracking
International Delivery
International, Tracked, and Signed for (Europe) - £10 Up to 15 days for delivery, the majority of parcels make it within a week
International, Tracked, and Signed for (Rest of World) - £12.50 Up to 30 days for delivery.(depending on location)
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail. If you are ordering from outside the UK, Royal Mail will pass your order to your local parcel service when it arrives in the country.
All services are tracked within the UK.
Outside of the UK, your local courier may not offer a tracked service.
* Orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped on the same working day, orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.
** We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 the next working day but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer.

 

REFUND POLICY

🌀 Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy, you’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item.

✅ What’s eligible for return?

  • Unused items in original condition

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after 30 days

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method—please allow a few working days for it to appear.

🔁 Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
